Toddler-PreS-In the latest edition of "The Night Before" series, a little girl is looking forward to becoming a new big sister. Rhyming text in the style of Clement C. Moore's Christmas poem describes the little girl's excitement and anticipation as she helps her parents prepare the baby's room and imagines what it will be like to help look after the baby. Cartoonish watercolor illustrations appropriately accompany the text. VERDICT The story does not cover any new ground but may be useful for libraries needing additional titles on the subject of new siblings.-Jessica Marie
