Wedding planner, flower shop owner, and single mom Sarah Marshik is uneasy when she learns that the man who is renovating her new home is an ex-con; she is shocked and doubly annoyed that she is attracted to him. VERDICT A wary heroine who learns to trust and a guilt-ridden hero who finally forgives himself find healing and love in this warm, realistic story that touches on some serious issues.
